Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. This policy explains how it works and how to cancel it.

Pre-orders
When you pre-order a product, you are purchasing an item not yet available, with an estimated arrival date shown at the time of purchase. This date constitutes the delivery term agreed between the parties under Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code. The full amount is charged at the time of booking, not at shipping.

If the estimated delivery date is not met, you are entitled to an additional reasonable period and, if this period is also not met, to termination of the contract with a full and immediate refund. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the estimated date.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-order (for example, because the product is no longer available from our supplier), we will cancel the order and refund the full amount without delay, without you having to request it.

You may also request cancellation of the pre-order and a full refund at any time before shipment, by writing to info@mameingrosso.it. Once shipped, pre-orders follow the same return, withdrawal and legal conformity guarantee rules as all other products, as described in our Refund Policy, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs from the date of actual delivery, not from the date of booking.
