Right of withdrawal Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal Send a written notice to info@mameingrosso.it stating:

• First and last name
• Order number
• Product(s) to be returned
• Reason (optional)

Returning the product The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Non-refundable products The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, hygiene-sealed items opened after delivery, or perishable goods.

Defective or damaged products If a product is defective or non-conforming, please contact info@mameingrosso.it within 2 months of discovering the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
