Petromax

Brand founded in 1910 by Max Graetz, a German inventor, who developed a pressure lantern powered by kerosene, naming it by combining the word "petroleum" with his own name. Over the years Petromax has continued to develop and improve the oil lamp, incorporating new technologies and materials. Today the range includes bright-light lamps, stoves, fire pits, barbecue equipment, outdoor kitchens, tents and clothing, each product designed for autonomous operation outdoors even in adverse conditions. In 2014 Petromax acquired Feuerhand, expanding its production portfolio and reaching new markets. Petromax continues to combine traditional German craftsmanship with modern innovation, representing over 100 years of experience in the outdoor sector.
